It was really warm last night... And I always find that opening the window brings in a wonderful breeze that lulls me to sleep. But it was completely still, so I tried a few things to get to sleep...
I downed a glass of milk.
Read a page of a book.
Did a little bit of doodling.
But I still could not sleep...
For some reason I thought I might take the "flipping the pillow" system to the next level.
I reversed my bed pattern and placed the pillows at the foot of the bed. And I instantly nodded off.
I always find that when you sleep in unfamiliar circumstances you are more comfortable. Or at least, I do.
